libapache2-mod-form-dev software package provides Apache module to decode data submitted from Web forms (development files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-form-dev
libapache2-mod-form-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache2-mod-form-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache2-mod-form-dev *
You will get with libapache2-mod-form-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
